Terry joined the Foundation in 2015 as the Manager of Trauma Performance Improvement. This new role facilitates statewide PI activities and identifies best practices for patient care to improve quality, safety, timeliness and efficiency of services. Prior to this position, Terry served as the Adult Trauma Program Manager at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center since 2004. Terry’s professional experience includes over 32 years of Emergency and Trauma bedside care, case management and leadership roles in rural, urban, community and academic acute care settings. Terry graduated from Tulsa Junior College with her Associates Degree in Nursing and then Pennsylvania State University for her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Terry’s involvement with PI initiatives, research projects and publications is nationally recognized and invaluable in meeting the strategic goals of the PTSF and initiatives of this position.
